Dynamic stretch

Stole this from some Facebook Reel. This is what I try to follow after playing basketball so I don’t feel like I got hit by a car the next day.
- 5-10 foam roller
- 1min dynamic pigeon stretch
- lunge + calf raise, 10ea side
- ankle plantar flexion stretch, 20 reps
- couch stretch, 10ea side
- deep squat, prayer, hamstring, 10 reps
- hip opener
